To Keep Prices Low, we must observe the following return policy:
- SPECIAL ORDER & / OR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS are Not Returnable Unless Due to a Documented Error on the part of PSW Sales. If PSW Sales has made an error, contact us and we will correct it promptly and at our expense.
- REGULAR STOCK ITEMS in standard stock quantity may be returned if returned within 10 days of receipt and meeting the following criteria
- NEW IN BOX or PACKAGE
- Electronics may not have been hooked up at all.
- COMPLETE INCLUDING ALL PACKING, ACCESSORIES & MANUALS
- RETURNED IN AN OUTER BOX (Not the Product Box) Properly Packed and Insured and accompanied by your receipt.
- An RMA # Must be obtained before returning any goods. Merchandise returned without an RMA # clearly marked on the box will be refused.
- A 15% Restock Fee will be applied to all returns.
- Shipping and Handling Charges Can Not Be Refunded.
The Following Items are Not Accepted for Return At Any Time:
- Chemical Defense Agents
- Chemical Lights
- First Aid Pharmaceuticals
- Any Liquid or Gel Based Medical Product
Items Returned after 10 days from receipt, if approved will be accepted for Store Credit
Only.
